Messages, tickets and general discussionDiscussions are forum-like communication between your team members. Adding comments, creating tickets and attaching files is simple and fast. You can even create a checklist within a ticket to make your employees easy understand what will they have to do to complete ticket. Once the ticket status is changed to "done" project manager or team leader review the ticket and set "confirmed" status. Only confirmed tickets are completed for good and the status can't be changed. |
