Your dashboard

Goalkeeper gives you a fully customizable dashboard - add and remove items from your dashboard and keep only those you need. Tasks, projects, status reports, deadlines... all at a glance. You can manually sort items on your dashboard using simple drag and drop.

Copy or move your dashboard items to special follow up lists to easy access all list items with a single click or optionally email list to your colleagues or employees.

Projects view

Create projects and monitor all related tasks, discussions, files and reports. You can upload multiple files within a project, task, ticket or message. Sort your projects the way you like it: by status and priority, alphabetically or by deadline.

Your clients will see only projects they were assigned to, they will never see what other projects you are working on at the same time.

Generate reports, backup or archive projects or export entire project in a XML file.

Add tickets and delegate users

Add tickets, assign deadlines and delegate tasks to users. You can add multiple tickets at once or simply enter text and each new line will be created as a new ticket.

Once they have completed the ticket assigned users will change the status, but project manage will finally have an option to confirm new status or return ticket back to the assigned user.

Format tickets and messages with standard and advanced BB code.

Label your tasks

Create your personal labels and customize them for improved task tracking with different colors. Drag and drop labels on to your tasks, then simply filter tasks by label.

Each user has his own set of labels and labeling task does not influence other users, they are your own personal labels and you are the only one who can see them.

Drag and drop to follow up lists

Simply drag and drop to add your projects, tasks, tickets or attachments to special follow up lists. You can have an unlimited number of lists and access your list items with a single click.

You can also print or send your list by email, and have someone else take care of follow up items.

Track time and budget

Add time and money tracking for your tasks and projects. Enter expenses, revenues and time spent to make sure your projects are profitable. Finally generate summary report on all time tracking:

- per project (summary of all time and money tracking in all task by all uses)
- per task (all tracking in selected task)
- per user (all tracking for all tasks by selected user)
